Nexus Technology Australia Pty Ltd endeavors to fulfill its commitment to the stated shipping schedule but cannot guarantee to meet scheduled shipping times on all occasions. Shipping times are indicative only and Australia Computer Direct does not accept any liability for failure to meet scheduled shipping times or any inconvenience caused as a consequence.

Nexus Technology will afford a reasonable opportunity to its customers to examine goods for the purpose of ascertaining whether or not they conform to the purchase order. A period of 5 days from the date of delivery to alert Nexus Technology to non-conformity is given in the following situations:

• Shipment of wrong/damaged products
• Short shipment of products from a consignment
• Missing cartons from multiple carton consignments in the above situations please contact the Returns Department

When placing an order with Nexus Technology Australia we require a physical street address as delivery is via a courier. Please note that a signatory needs to be at the delivery address to sign for and collect the goods. If there is no-one present, then the goods will be redirected back to Australia Computer Direct and will be sent back to you at your cost upon notification.

Goods may be delivered to a PO BOX as long a physical address is supplied and is able to be verified by the Web Sales Department.

Returns and Warranty Policy

The Invoice has to be presented for any Return To Base warranty on Computers for 12 months manufactures warranty also from date of invoice. Warranty will be void if goods have any physical damage, barcode label unclear, chipset or component burnt-out due to customer inappropriate implementation after confirmation. Warranty terms and conditions are based on Manufacturer RMA policy. Goods returned have to be in condition acceptable to our company. We (Nexus Technology Australia) has the right to reject any returns if there is nothing wrong with the goods, but you have changed your mind. Refund could ONLY be made within 7 days from the date of purchase upon 15% restock fee will be charged for such refund. A AU$85 labour fee will be charged of the goods is found to be no faulty and will not be held responsible for any software faults or any loss of data or information. Shipping fees will be inccured by customers if the warranty returns need to be shipped back to customers.

Nexus Technology Australia does not offer any express warranties. However, many of the products available through Nexus Technology Australia are covered by Manufacturers Warranties. If a product is covered by a manufacturers warranty, it will be stated on that products web page. Manufacturers warranty details are typically available at the manufacturers website.
